You will need to bring a change of cloths, a towel and shoes that you don’t mind getting wet and dirty. This run is challenging and can take up to 45 minutes. Make sure that your energy levels are good because we do intermediate class right after.

I only have 5 spots available for intermediates each run and it is first come first serve. You will need to contact me at 720.300.7836. you can just send me a text and I will reply and let you know if you have a spot or if it is full.

This is something we do before intermediate class on tuesday nights. It gives my students the oppotunity to put their parkour skills to the test in a natural environment, yet still offers a bit of safety with all drops being to sand. This run takes about 30 – 45 minutes and is fast past with new puzzles to solve every 5 feet!!!!
This is a great time with smiles galore, and is pretty challenging even for the skilled freerunner.

Music : Mumford & Sons – The Cave

camera man : Nathan Leite
shot on Canon 55D 18-55mm

Disclaimer
This is something we do for fun. it is not part of our class. RUN AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!! I am there to help as always but myself, goodson rec, nor anyone else are liable for any injury that may occur.

Photos and stuff from Nat Jam 2011

So for those of you that didn’t make it out to the 2011 Colorado National Jam, here is what you missed.

AWESOMNESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is 3 days of freerunners from across the country getting Down in some of colorado’s most well known spots!!!! I was able to make it to 2 of the 3 days and I amm sore.

The first day was supposed to be at Red Rocks, but due to unpredictable schedule of the ampitheater, the jam was moved to the school of mines.

Day 2 started downtown at the world famous kyline Park and then different groups scattered to the four winds!!!!
Below are some pics that I managed to snap.

HOLY CRAP……Brian is back.

Finally I am done with all the wedding and honeymoon stuff. Classes will be going on both Friday and Sunday. Yes I know there is a major jam going on that day and I don’t expect attendance to be that high, But I’ll still be there.
